Head, shoulders, knees and...oh let's talk about knees!

We had an amazing, fun, happy weekend with our great friends, Ryan and Mandy! We went to the exploratorium on Saturday and spent quite a few hours there! I think everyone really loved it. Steve and Makayla the most...we had to get them to move a little faster so we'd have time to look at everything! haha!
We spent Sunday hanging with the Sykes'. Indian food with my doll Mandy was soooo good and the girl time was soooo needed!!!! Thanks Mandy!
Ok ok...on to the knees!!! I woke up today motivated to clean around the house. Today would have been one of those days...had Teresa decided to not run I would have been EASILY convinced to slack! The weather was actually perfect for a jog. Nice, cool, drizzly (if that's even a word).
The run was kinda hard today. I felt like my left leg was tight and my knee kind of hurt. Then my right knee as well. I didn't quit and I didn't slack, but I definitely felt the pain in my knees!! I hope some blue emu and a nice rub will help! I'm not giving up!!!
I'm gonna keep running til my pants fall off...like Teresa's! Ha Ha!
